Psalm 84, How lovely is thy dwelling place, O Lord of hosts, to me! My thirsty soul desires and longs within thy courts to be; my very heart and flesh cry out, O living God for thee. How happy they who dwell with thee and praise thee without rest. Allegro molto moderato II. Johannes Brahms Zigeunerlieder Op. He, Zigeuner, greife in die Saiten 2. Kommt dir manchmal in den Sinn 8. Definitely a good investment. O Did I mention the rep. I bought this album because it's the only one I could find with the five songs of Brahms Opus on it. It also includes most of Schubert's Gypsy Songs and a couple others by Schubert as well as Brahms - a couple I hadn't heard before. The selection of pieces is great and all are beautifully and dynamically sung. I continue to discover and enjoy more Romantic German choral music and this is a great addition to my other recordings.
I would have preferred a CD but it's well worth downloading.
