David Cameron raised eyebrows in Portugal today after appearing to have overdone his time in the sun this summer. The Prime Minister was in Lisbon for the first time since in a bid to win support for his EU re-negotiation. But he admitted that he had been back to Portugal a number of times as Prime Minister on unofficial business - including only a few weeks ago when he enjoyed a two-week family break in the Algarve.
